Justin has over nine years of experience in the business valuation field, focusing on Fair Market Value and Fair Value appraisals for local, regional, and national U.S. businesses. As a business valuation expert, he has assisted clients across various industries in areas such as estate and gift tax reporting, purchase price allocations, M&A transactions, internal planning, partner buy-ins and buyouts, fairness opinions, asset-backed lending, and regulatory reporting, all of which are integral to financial analysis and investment appraisal processes.
He holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) credential from the American Society of Appraisers, the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation awarded by the CFA Institute.
Outside of his role as a business valuation specialist, Justin occasionally speaks at University of Houston events, promoting the university's MS Finance and MBA programs while discussing careers in financial analysis and business valuation.
Justin holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
